ETF Concepts
Two ETF expressions of the degenerate economy
Degenerate Economics Management™ oversees DEGENCOM™ and sponsors leading exchange-traded product concepts. These ETF designs translate the Degenerate Economy Index™ into accessible exposures. The index is thematic and actively governed, with rules that can add the latest meme-driven, high‑velocity names when warranted. The core ETF targets pure index tracking, while the income ETF adds an options premium overlay for yield.
The index base is derived by setting Bitcoin to 1 BTC at the May 15, 2023 close ($27,508.23) and scaling the total by its index weight; all other holdings are sized from that base according to their index weights.
Our mission is to democratize finance by building ETF access for everyone, subject to regulatory approval and partner support.
Any ETF, if launched, will charge fees and expenses that reduce investor returns. Fee levels are TBD and will be disclosed in offering documents.

ETF Mechanics
How ETFs work: creation, redemption, and key players
ETFs trade on exchanges like stocks, but new shares are created and redeemed in the primary market. This mechanism helps keep the ETF’s market price aligned with its underlying holdings.
Creation / Redemption
Authorized Participants (APs) assemble a basket of securities and exchange it for ETF shares (creation), or return ETF shares to receive the basket (redemption). This in‑kind process helps keep prices close to the fund’s net asset value.
Authorized Participants
APs are large broker‑dealers or market makers approved by the ETF sponsor. They create and redeem ETF shares in large blocks (creation units) and help balance supply and demand in the market.
Market Makers
Market makers facilitate trading on the exchange, quoting bids and offers so investors can buy or sell ETF shares throughout the day.
Custodian
The custodian safeguards the fund’s securities and cash and settles trades on behalf of the ETF.
Fund Administrator
The administrator handles fund accounting, NAV calculation, reporting, and operational oversight.
Transfer Agent
The transfer agent maintains shareholder records, issues shares, and processes creations/redemptions as part of ETF operations.
If launched, any ETF will charge fees and expenses that reduce returns. Fee levels are TBD and will be disclosed in offering documents.
ETF Fees
What ETF fees cover (TBD)
If launched, ETF fees would typically compensate the ETF sponsor, index provider/licensor, investment adviser and any sub‑advisers, fund administrator, custodian, accounting/audit, legal/regulatory compliance, transfer agent, distribution/marketing, and operational infrastructure.
Fees are expected and will reduce returns. Specific fee levels are TBD and will be disclosed in offering documents.
Core ETF
A pure index-tracking expression of the degenerate economy.
The core Degenerate Economy ETF™ is designed to deliver transparent, rules-based exposure to DEGENCOM™. It focuses on the attention economy and gamification of markets rather than one-off memes, combining tradability screens with a disciplined rebalance schedule.
Pre-launch concept subject to regulatory review, issuer partnerships, and service provider support.
Income Overlay
Options premium strategy aligned with the index.
The income ETF concept follows a covered-call style overlay. It aims to collect option premiums by writing calls on the index holdings, while keeping exposure to the degenerate economy theme.
This is a concept-level description and not an offer or solicitation.
